We manufacture and supply tubing designed to perform and meet the challenges of virtually any industry or application. So you can choose the right tubing for your application and move forward with confidence, knowing you have purchased the finest components available for the heart of your fluid systems. Our tubing meets or exceeds industry standards in a wide range of sizes, forms, and alloys. Insulated tubes maintains stable temperatures, while PE coated tubes tubing provides protection from harsh elements.

  • Tube Production

Stainless steel tubes are manufactured at the highest level using autogenous (fusion) longitudinal gas tungsten welding processes. This process is characterized by the very narrow weld seam, the smaller heat-affected zone and the low weld seam height.

  • Deburring

After the pipes have been sawn to size, the burrs are removed from the cut edges by machine. This ensures perfect function without the risk of injury.

  • Inseam Smoothing

With the latest equipment, mechanical smoothing of the weld root is optimally integrated into the production process. We hold a leading position in this area.

  • Grind

A defined appearance is created by the subsequent grinding of the pipes. This creates aesthetically pleasing surfaces and a consistent grinding pattern.

Industry Know-How & Material Knowledge

We offer know-how and our extensive material knowledge as an experienced and well-connected manufacturer in direct dialogue. We provide advice to our customers from the early development phases.

Maximum Process Security

Our DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 certificate is overshadowed by our own standards. Production-related quality controls are well above the norm - and this goes from the worker self inspection to the acceptance by the quality department.

Excellent Thermal Expansion

Only 10.8 x 10-6 at between 20 degrees Celsius and 200 degrees Celsius The pipe as hardly any thermal expansion, meaning you have hardly any stress during installation.

Stabilized With Titanium

Stainless steel 316Ti contains a small amount of titanium. Titanium content is typically only around 0.5%. The titanium atoms stabilise the structure of the 316 at temperatures over 800 degrees Celsius. This prevents carbide precipitation from the grain boundaries and protects the metal from corrosion.

Shock Resistance

Stainless steel tubes also have a high resistance to shocks which is almost twice as tough as zinc-plated iron tubes and three times as tough as copper tubes. Therefore, nothing to worry about the pipe leakage at construction sites.

Austenitic Corrosion Resistance

Stainless steel are corrosion resistant stainless steels primarily include materials with higher alloys (e.g. nickel, chrome, molybdenum and titanium ). They are resistant to different types of corrosion caused by wet chemical influences, and are still able to maintain an austenitic face centred cubic matrix.

Bright Annealing

Bright annealing is a solution-annealing operation performed in a vacuum or controlled atmosphere containing hydrogen, the pipe has no coarse grain growth the seam is as strong as the material itself. Due to In-Line annealing Tube manufacturing, less effort is needed when bending, the weld seam is uniform and you have greater expansion reserves.

Rhinox EN 1.4404 Stainless Steel Pipe CrNiMo

  • An increased molybdenum content ensures stability and the highest level of protection against corrosion.
  • Special thermal and mechanical treatment of the fittings creates a homogeneous, high quality material structure.
  • The effective treatment ensures both optimum formability and also the necessary long-term tightness.
  • Smooth surfaces ensure a perfect fit of the seal ring and optimum hygienic properties.

Rhinox EN 1.4571 Stainless Steel Pipe CrNiMoTi

  • CrNiMoTi ( 316Ti ) Pipes titanium alleviated austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel molybdenum.
  • As an alternative to conventional product materials in hygienic drinking water installations.
  • They also offer higher creep, stress-repture and tensile strength at elevated tempreture.
  • 316Ti with titanium addition to stabilize the against chronium carbide precipitation.
